The Parliamentary Serive Commission And The Clerk Of The National Assembly Michael Sialai Have Opposed A Petition That Seeks To Block The Extension Of Appointment Of Sialai As The Clerk Of The National Assembly. The Petition Was Logded Before The Employment And Labour Relations Court By Civil Rights Acvitist Okiya Omtata Who Claimed That The Extension Of Appointment Of Mr Sialai Was A Violation Of The Law.
