Bangladesh beat Sri Lanka by 103 runs to take a 2-0 lead in the three-ODI series. Earlier Bangladesh captain Tamim Iqbal won the toss and opted to bat first at Shere Bangla National Stadium, Dhaka. Bangladesh made two changes to the squad which won the series-opener by 33 runs, giving left-arm fast bowler Shoriful Islam a debut and picking all-rounder Mosaddek Hossain to replace Mohammad Mithun. However, Taskin Ahmed walked in as concussion replacement in the second innings.
