Today is the 8th anniversary of the Jhiram Naxal scandal. On this day, on 25 May 2013, the convoy of the Congress' Parivartan Yatra was attacked by the Naxalites in Jhiram Valley of Bastar. The Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh, Bhupesh Baghel, has again accused of contract killing. He has said that the Center does not want this matter to be investigated.

झीरम नक्सल कांड की आज 8वीं बरसी है. आज ही के दिन 25 मई 2013 को कांग्रेस की परिवर्तन यात्रा के काफिले पर बस्तर की झीरम घाटी में नक्सलियों ने हमला कर दिया था. वंही छत्‍तीसगढ़ के मुख्‍यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने फिर सुपारी किलिंग का आरोप लगाया है. उन्‍होंने कहा है क‍ि केंद्र नहीं चाहती की इस मामल की जांच हो.
