The effect of cyclone Yaas has started showing. The weather has changed completely in East Midnapore West Bengal. It is also raining heavily in Bhubaneswar. Winds are running at a speed of 110 km in some places. On the other hand, the Meteorological Department has predicted that the Yas storm will hit the Balasore coast of Odisha by Wednesday evening.
