Prayagraj: Ganga river banks shows administrative apathy

Last week India was jolted by the reality of COVID-19 deaths in rural India. Locals in Uttar Pradesh & Bihar saw bodies of the dead float in the river. TV screens and social media ran harrowing images of scores of unidentified bodies beached on the banks of river Ganga.
