Covid-19 vaccination drive in Delhi paused for 18-44 age groups

Amid the shortage of Covid-19 vaccine doses, the vaccination drive for 18-44 age groups has been halted in the national capital from May 23. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal wrote to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, requesting him to ensure an immediate supply of jabs and increase the quota for Delhi. As per Delhi government, 50,20,214 doses have been administered to people. The capital recorded 2,260 fresh Covid-19 cases in last 24 hours.
