Union Information and Broadcasting Minister and BJP leader Prakash Javadekar lashed out Congress over Kamal Nath’s comments, “PM Modi is afraid of Indian variant of Covid” and termed his comments “an insult to the nation”. “He (Kamal Nath) is calling it Indian Corona. It's an insult to India. Other Congress leaders are also giving such statements. WHO clarified that no country's name has been attributed to any variant,” said Javadekar.
