Black Fungus injection deficit,HC demands import from abroad

There is an acute shortage of injection amphotericin used in the treatment of Black fungus. This is a rare disease due to which there is a shortage of its medicine. The Delhi High Court had also asked the govt to import amphotericin-B from abroad. The Center has now approved 5 companies for its production.
