The extremely severe cyclonic storm Tauktae wreaked havoc in parts of Gujarat. On the morning of May 18, gusty winds were witnessed in Jamnagar area. Similarly, rain and gusty winds were seen in Una town of Saurashtra near Diu, at midnight. Last night, Army personnel cleared the road between Gujarat's Somnath district and Diu, which was blocked due to fallen trees.
