Uber Driver Driving on Wrong Side of the Road

Occurred on May 14, 2021 / Basildon, Essex, UK
: I’m a road worker traveling to Southend on the a127 when I notice a male Uber driver pulls onto the London-bound carriageway traveling the wrong way. I tooted and flashed the driver but he was oblivious. I continued the flash oncoming traffic. I only filmed because I was concerned for the safety of the public.
