India में Covid 19 की दूसरी लहर ने काफी भयानक रुप ले लिया है. इस बीच अस्पतालों में अभी भी Oxygen Shortage बरकरार है, हर रोज ऑक्सीजन की कमी के चलते कई मरीजों को अपनी जान गंवानी पड़ रही है, इसी कड़ी में Goa Medical College में एक बार फिर ऑक्सीजन की किल्लत लोगों की मौत का कारण बनी है. Goa Medical College में बीती रात दो बजे से सुबह 6 बजे तक 13 लोगों की मौत हो गई.
