Event to remember those who died as a result of service

Hundreds of firefighters and their families have gathered in the national capital to honour twelve Australian emergency service workers who made the ultimate sacrifice. Among the names to be added to the National Fire and Emergency Services memorial are firefighters who died of cancer as a result of their service.
