After questions were raised on the money collected in the PM Cares Fund, the central government revealed that medical supplies, purchased from PM Cares Fund, have been shipped to several states.

Faridkot’s Baba Farid University of Health Sciences Vice Chancellor Dr Raj Bahadur while speaking to ANI informed that of the 82 ventilators the university received under the PM Cares Fund, only 42 were in working condition.

“62 were not in working condition since the beginning as these are not of good quality. The state government has directed us to purchase 10 more ventilators for which they will provide the fund. We will also try our best to fix the ventilators which are not in working condition,” said VC Dr Raj Bahadur.
