【Ingredients / serves 1(材料・1人前)】

Chicken thighs(もも肉)50g (1.7oz) 
Onion (玉ねぎ) 50g (1.7oz)
Cooked Rice (ご飯) 150g (5.3oz)
Butter (バター) 10g (0.3oz)
Egg (溶き卵・3~4個)200ml (6.7oz)
Demi-glace sauce (デミグラスソース) 80g (2.8oz)*
→ 40g for the rice, and the remaining 40g for pouring on the egg sheet at the end.
