Eid Special Shahi Chicken Korma Recipe


Today I am sharing a special recipe of Chicken Korma. In this chicken is sauteed in ghee/oil with some whole spices and a blend of yogurt, fried onions and nuts is added to produce a rich curry. Hope u will like my recipe. Do give this a try and share ur experience in comments.


Ingredients

Chicken - 750g
Oil - 1/2 cup
Bay leaves - 2
Green Cardamon - 2
Clove - 5
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Yogurt/curd - 1 cup
Fried onion - 1 cup
Almonds - 10
Cashew - 10
Melon seeds - 1 tbsp
Green Cardamon - 2
Kewra water - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Water - 2 cup
