The Acting CEO of Charlotte Maxxeke hospital says they're ready to start implementing plans for its reopening. Makhosini Nyembe says they're waiting for clearance from the City of Johannesburg on their fire safety compliance. Concerns were raised in April when firefighters struggled to reach hydrants on the hospital grounds. Courtesy #DStv403
