You don't need all bees for True Ending... D: you just need the Demon Orbs!
But I got something interesting for getting all the bees later.

Stage 5
1:52 - x2 bees walk left from start
2:40 - x2 bees hit second step before Dragon
3:08 - x2 bees walking on Dragon will appear
4:10 - x2 bees on rolling rock section 1st level hit back wall
4:15 - x3 bees will appear while going up last ladder
11:15 - x2 bees hitting roof above long ladder after cyclops boss
11:39 - x3 jumping onto 2nd short middle platform with shielders
16:03 - x1 random chest bee (don't know if need to be in underwear)
46:25 - x1 random chest bee
52:29 - x3 bees walking/jumping by ladder to 2nd level by shielders
1:05:58 - x3 2nd level jumping from 1st long platform to 2nd long platform will appear
1:46:18 - x3 2nd level last platform with ladder to boss hit to reveal

2:19:40 - black chest location there is a jump you need to make but I used the treasure ability to reveal

2:20:00 - x2 bees top of last ladder to boss room will appear
3:20:33 - x3 bees hidden hit point left side of treasure chest

Last bee in Hell Hole is random, if get the Demon Orb 1st time you will get the bee randomly after took me about 3 shots.
I got very confused when I didn't get it 2nd time in the Hell Hole turned out to be random. Location will post in next video

2:52:19 - Hell Hole Demon Orb acquired! supposedly you need all the other Orbs before this one is obtainable.
