Hit hard by the second wave of Covid-19, the Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College and Hospital in Bhagalpur is under serious strain due to a shortage of manpower and allegations of negligence.
On Saturday, India Today TV visited the hospitals and found patients' kin desperately begging for admission for their family members after the hospital turned them away due to a shortage of doctors and medical staff.
