After Her Family, Deepika Padukone Also Tests Positive For Corona
Actress Deepika Padukone has tested COVID positive. However, there has been no official statement from the actress and her team yet. The actress is currently in Bengaluru with her family.
Yesterday evening, the news came in that Deepika Padukone's father Prakash Padukone, mother Ujjala Padukone and sister Anisha have tested COVID positive and her father is being treated in a hospital in Bengaluru. Soon after this news, another news came in that the actress also tested positive.

The reports say that she has opted for home quarantine but her fans are still waiting for the official statement from her team.
On the work front, Deepika will be seen playing Ranveer's wife in the film '83. She will be seen playing the role of Romi Bhatia, Kapil Dev's wife in the film while Ranveer will be essaying the role of Kapil Dev in the much-awaited film which will focus on the country's incredible cricket World Cup victory in 1983.
She will also be seen in Shakun Batra's yet to be titled film which also features Ananya Panday and Siddhant Chaturvedi. She will also feature in Shah Rukh Khan's next film 'Pathan' which also stars John Abraham.
She is also set to share screen space with Hrithik Roshan in the upcoming film 'Fighter' which will be directed by Siddharth Anand. The actress also has a film with Prabhas which is still untitled and will be directed by Nag Ashwin.
