Bihar: No oxygen, patients being asked to get drugs

Unlike the first wave of the Covid-19 pandemic, the second wave has affected rural India as well, with oxygen shortage crippling treatment of patients at hospitals. Bihar's Buxar district is facing a similar crisis, and the old Sadar Hospital, which houses a Covid-19 care center, has been forced to turn away patients due to a shortage of medical oxygen.
