On May 2, 2021, the votes of the Uttar Pradesh Panchayat Election (UP Panchayat Chunav 2021) were counted. The bride, who was completing the wedding rituals in the mandap, came to know that she had won the Panchayat elections as a BDC member, so there was no place for her happiness. The bride stopped the wedding ceremony in the middle and went straight to the counting venue to collect her victory certificate.
मंडप में शादी की रस्में पूरी कर रही दुल्हन को जब ये पता चला कि वो पंचायत चुनाव में बीडीसी सदस्य के तौर पर जीत गई है वो खुशी से फुली नहीं समाई। दुल्हन शादी के बीच में ही मतगणना स्थल पहुंच गई। सजी धजी दुल्हन को देखकर सब लोग हैरान रह गए। जब मालूम हुआ कि वो उम्मीदवार थी और जीत गई है तो दुल्हन को मतगणना केंद्र पर आने दिया गया। और दुल्हन ने अपनी जीत का सर्टिफिकेट लिया।
