The political fortunes of the candidates have been decided in West Bengal, Assam, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Puducherry assembly seats. But all eyes were on the outcome of the West Bengal Legislative Assembly. And by the evening the results were arrived. The Trinamool Congress has won a resounding victory. Accepting defeat for the first time, the Bharatiya Janata Party has congratulated Mamata Banerjee. At the same time, many leaders praised the lioness of Bengal.
