India is all set to start the third phase of vaccination amid the second wave of the coronavirus. States have already highlighted the problem of the inability to procure doses from vaccine companies on time. Last week, health ministers of Punjab, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, and Jharkhand had said in a virtual press conference that vaccine manufacturers were not able to place orders on time.
