In what would be described as a way of cooling waters in the orange party, the Raila Odinga-led party has issued a tough warning to its members who will vote against the constitutional amendments bill. Members of parliament and senators are set to hold special sittings as from Wednesday to debate the BBI bill among other issues on the floor of the house.
