Match 18 of the ongoing IPL 2021 edition saw the one-time winners Rajasthan Royals thrash the Eoin Morgan-led Kolkata Knight Riders at the Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai on Saturday evening. While RR had lost 6 out of their 7 encounters versus the two-time champions KKR prior to the clash, the Sanju Samson-led franchise came out all guns blazing after their humiliating 10-wicket defeat to Royal Challengers Bangalore to inflict a 6-wicket win over the hapless Morgan-led line-up.

आईपीएल सीजन 14 के मैच नंबर 18 में राजस्थान रॉयल्स कोलकाता नाइट राइडर्स को 6 विकेट से मात दी। कोलकाता ने महज 134 रन का लक्ष्य रखा था, जिसे राजस्थान ने 18.5 ओवर में 4 विकेट खोकर हासिल कर लिया। इस मैच के बाद टीम इंडिया के पूर्व खिलाड़ी आकाश चोपड़ा ने कोलकाता नाइट राइडर्स टीम के स्टार बल्लेबाज़ आंद्रे रसेल के बैटिंग पोजिशन पर सवाल उठाए हैं। पूर्व भारतीय खिलाड़ी ने कहा है कि केकेआर आंद्रे रसेल का प्रयोग सही तरह से नहीं कर पा रही है और इसकी वजह ये है कि उन्हें बैटिंग ऑर्डर में काफी नीचे भेजा जा रहा है।
