Delhi records over 26k fresh covid cases in the last 24 hours and the positivity rate at 36.24%. Due to the rapid increase in the cases hospitals struggle for beds and oxygen shortage in the state. Delhi government announced the lockdown for a week to contain coronavirus cases.
