Indonesia asks Australia to help locate missing vessel

An Indonesian navy submarine holding 53 people has gone missing off the coast of Bali. Foreign Minister Marise Payne says the disappearance is "deeply concerning" and the Australian government will provide any assistance to aid with the search.
