《物华天宝》：霍邱龙虾 Natural Treasures-Huoqiu Lobster

我们霍邱资源丰富、水面辽阔，拥有三大湖泊、四座水库、五
条淮河支流，自古就是鱼米之乡。为了将自然优势转化为产业优势
，我们在传统种植水稻的基础上，探索出了“水稻+龙虾”的轮作、
供养模式，以稻养虾、以虾促稻，真正实现了一水两用、一田双收
。

Huoqiu is rich in resources. The water is vast. It has
three lakes，four reservoirs，five tributaries of Huaihe
River. It has been a land of fish and rice since ancient
times. In order to transform natural advantage into
industrial advantage, based on the traditional cultivation
of rice, we explored the rice + lobster rotation, support
mode, raising shrimps with rice, promoting rice with
shrimp. It really realizes the dual-use of one water, double
harvest in one field.
