Amid a terrifying surge in coronavirus cases, dead bodies of Covid patients are piling up at mortuaries. In several cities, people were seen queuing up outside the crematoriums with dead bodies of their kins. There are no places left to burn people at cremation ghats, nor to bury people in cemeteries.
