INGREDIENTES:
Para la masa:
500 grs de harina de trigo para uso común
100 ml de leche entera (tibia)
1 huevo entero
50 grs de mantequilla (temperatura ambiente)

Una pizca de sal

Para el relleno:
500 grs jamón ahumado, el cual es ideal para ésta receta, pero también puedes utilizar jamón cocido en rebanadas gruesas.
100 grs de tocineta o panceta ahumada (Opcional)
50 gr Aprox. de pasas
100 gr Aprox. de aceitunas verdes sin hueso o rellenas de pimentón
15 ml sopera con panela de papelón o azúcar morena temperatura ambiente, previamente diluida y en agua a cocción (opcional)

Preparation:
