Residents At Kamulu In Nairobi Are Counting Losses After Their Goats Were Stolen At Night By Unknown Thieves. In The Bizarre Incident, Residents Say They Suspect The Thieves Use Concoctions To Make Them Unconscious Before Driving Out The Animals. Despite Reporting The Matter To Kamulu Police Station, No Action Has So Far Been Taken.
