MNM chief Kamal Haasan accuses BJP of distributing money among voters in Coimbatore South

Makkal Needhi Maiam (MNM) chief Kamal Haasan has written a petition to South Coimbatore election officer accusing Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) of distributing tokens as a promise to give money once the election is over and BJP emerges victorious.

Tamil Nadu is voting in a single-phase election across 234 seats in which AIADMK and BJP are seeking a re-election while DMK and Kamala Haasan's MNM has emerged as challengers.
