Russian Cutlets | Chicken Russian Cutlets | Iftar Special

Russian Cutlet is the most favorite snack and a must snack recipe during Ramadan times. It is also known as Chicken Cutlets. In this recipe chicken is boiled and added with mashed potatoes , veggies , white sauce and seasonings , later dusted in white flour, dipped in battered eggs and coated in vermicelli. Lastly shallow fried until golden brown.
Kids favorite. A must try :)
