Advocates call for greater focus on children's welfare

Children's advocates are calling for a greater focus on the welfare of children, who've been exposed to domestic violence during lockdowns with kids trapped at home with their abusers. The National Children's Commissioner Anne Hollands says the rates of notifications of children at risk in Australia have increased dramatically.
