Luka Doncic was interviewed postgame after the Celtics' 113-108 win vs the Mavericks. The two-time All-Star finished the game with 36 points, 8 rebounds, and 5 assists.
"It was mostly the first half," said Doncic. The Mavericks held a huge lead over the Celtics for the majority of the first two quarters. Boston only really made a comeback late in the fourth.
He was also asked about his improvements from behind the three-point line. "I think that confidence is the main thing," said Doncic. He shot 7-11 from three in this one.
Jalen Brunson was another guy who had a big night for the Mavericks. He finished the game with 21 points, 5 rebounds, and 3 assists. Doncic was asked about his teammate in the interview. "He was there the whole game, especially at the end of the game." Doncic also mentioned that Brunson has been doing this for the team all season and it's exactly what the team needs from him.
