Brad Stevens CALLS OUT Celtics After Mavericks Loss

Brad Stevens was interviewed postgame after the Celtics’ 113-108 loss vs the Dallas Mavericks. Stevens was visibly upset during the press conference and went on many rants as to what is going wrong with the team this year.
“It’s just not good enough. It’s just not,” said Stevens. The Celtics made yet another fourth quarter comeback but it wasn’t enough to make up for their horrendous start to the game. Luka Doncic and the Mavericks came out fighting and the Celtics’ energy fell flat.
Stevens talked about their inability to remain consistent in the middle of games. “We’ve got to respond better in the middle of a game,” said the coach. “It’s just the same old story,” he said about the offense and digging themselves into a hole. “It’s been the same old script.”
He did give credit to Luka Doncic, though, who had a game-high 36 points in this one. He was a monster in the first half particularly and continued his hot shooting all night long.
