Voting for the high-decibel election to the West Bengal legislative assembly is underway. The latest voter turnout is 70.17 % in the 30 constituencies that are going for polls in the first phase and the fate of 191 candidates hangs in balance. 684 companies of central forces are guarding over 10,200 polling booths along with the state police.
