Senior Congress leader and former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has appealed to the people of Assam to vote wisely. In Assam, votes are being cast for the first phase on 47 assembly seats today, a day before the voting, PM Manmohan Singh said in a video message on Friday that people in Assam are being divided in the name of religion and culture. In such a time, the time has come for the people of the state to act wisely and vote.

कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता और पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री मनमोहन सिंह ने को असम की जनता से अपील की है कि वो अपना वोट समझदारी से करें। असम में आज 47 विधानसभा सीटों पर पहले चरण के लिए वोट डाले जा रहे हैं, मतदान से एक दिन पहले पूर्व पीएम मनमोहन सिंह ने शुक्रवार को एक वीडियो संदेश में कहा कि असम में लोगों को धर्म और संस्कृति के नाम पर बांटा जा रहा है। ऐसे में अब वक्त आ गया है कि राज्य की जनता समझदारी से काम ले और वोटिंग करें।
