2022 in-state QB Tevin Carter has been a valued prospect for Tennessee since the Vols offered a scholarship when he was just in eighth grade. Now, Carter is going into his senior year in Memphis, and he boasts arm strength and accuracy that could register incredible impact for new Vols coach Josh Heupel.
