PM open to the idea of quotas of women in Parliament

Deputy Leader of the National Party David Littleproud disagrees with the idea of gender quotas in his party and instead emphasises fostering an environment for women to put their hand up. He says 30 per cent of the National Party are women and insists it takes time for transition to take place.
