In Bula's Spin Party, the Zula Patrollers learn about rotation as they practice a dance routine to compete in Bula's Spin Party dance contest. Meanwhile, Dark Truder, who wasn't invited, crashes the party disguised as a mysterious dancing planet so he can ruin it for everyone else.
