Brad Stevens was interviewed prior to the Celtics matchup vs the Kings. There had been rumors swirling all day that Stevens was planning on leaving the Celtics to coach for Indiana. This was the main topic of conversation, but Stevens put these thoughts to rest. When asked about if he was leaving, he replied with "I'm not." Stevens also talked about his love for the state of Massachusetts now. He said that he's now a "44-year old Masshole. I swerve around others when driving, I eat Dunkin Donuts, and I root for the Patriots." Stevens wanted to make it clear that he loves the atmosphere Danny Ainge and the Celtics have allowed him to be a part of. From his statements, it seems as though Stevens hopes to be with the Celtics for a long time.
