The Kenya Union Of Post Primary Education Teachers Has Blamed The Teacher Service Commission For What They Term To Be An Unfair And Skewed Evaluation Exercise Of Its Members Job Descriptions. The Union Noted That The Move Would Lead To The Promotions Of Hundreds Of Teachers Who Have Stagnated On One Job Grade For Several Years.
