E.U. Chief Criticizes AstraZeneca on Delivery Delays

Ursula von der Leyen, president of the European Commission, accused AstraZeneca of underdelivering coronavirus vaccines, and said the E.U. was ready to use “whatever tool” to ensure it gets “its fair share.”
