A new study finds that dwarf lemurs bred in captivity can hibernate just like their cousins in the wild. “Until now, if you wanted to study hibernation in these primates, you needed to go to Madagascar to find them in the act,” Duke University primate biologist Marina Blanco told Duke Today.
