'2 parties who ruled the country conspired against people'

During the third day of the ongoing budget session in the Delhi Assembly, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal attacked the opposition parties while discussing the address of Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal. Delhi CM said that in the last 70 years, the two political parties together, under a conspiracy, kept the children of this country illiterate and kept the people of the country poor. Watch this video.
