Kumbh Mela 2021 is around the corner and the preparations are underway in Haridwar. Keeping pandemic in mind, hand sanitizer stalls have also been put in place. Kumbh Mela officer, Deepak Rawat said, “The first holy bath is on ‘Shivratri’ and all preparations have been done for it.
