Microsoft insists they are working on a solution to unresponsive Xbox Wireless controllers

A number of people have reported having issues with the newest version of the Xbox Wireless Controllers - which were launched alongside the Xbox Series X and Series S consoles - with a common issue being reported is that some controllers stop responding to the buttons being pressed.
