Gopalganj Poisonous Liquor Case In Bihar: 9 दोषियों को फांसी, 4 को उम्रकैद | वनइंडिया हिंदी

The court's verdict came after five years in the famous Khajurbani poisonous liquor scandal in Bihar on Friday. The excise special court of Additional District and Sessions Judge II Lavkush Kumar of Gopalganj has sentenced 13 convicts in the poisonous liquor case. Out of these convicts, 9 male accused have been sentenced to death. While four women have been sentenced to life imprisonment. The four people who have been sentenced to life imprisonment have also been fined Rs 10 lakh as financial penalty.

बिहार में चर्चित खजूरबानी जहरीली शराब कांड में शुक्रवार को पांच साल बाद कोर्ट का फैसला आया. गोपालगंज के अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश द्वितीय लवकुश कुमार की उत्पाद विशेष अदालत ने जहरीली शराब मामले में 13 दोषियों को सजा सुनाई है. इन दोषियों में से 9 पुरुष आरोपियों को फांसी की सजा सुनाई गयी है. जबकि चार महिलओं को उम्र कैद की सजा सुनाई गयी है. जिन चार लोगों को उम्र कैद की सजा सुनाई गई है, उन्हें 10 लाख रुपये का आर्थिक दंड का भी जुर्माना भी लगाया गया है.
