The Central Government has constituted a 259-member high level committee to organize these programs. The chairman of this committee will be Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In this committee constituted under the chairmanship of PM Modi, along with Union ministers, leaders of opposition and celebrities from other fields have also been given place.
